Seasonal Diet FAQ

So you’re thinking about joining this awesome community, but you still have some questions… No prob, you’ve come to the right place!

1. How hard is this going to be?

Not hard at all. Seriously, you can go at your own pace. The Seasonal Diet is all about including more seasonal produce into your life. You’ll naturally want to cut out the junk and the recipes are so delicious you’ll never feel like you’re missing out.

2. What kind of results can I expect?

It varies member to member. But we’ve seen things like: lost 10 pounds, glowing skin, no longer need to wear makeup, no more abdominal pain, increased energy, better attitude and brighter outlook on life… to name a few!

3. How is this different from other diet plans and meal replacements?

We call this a “Diet”… but really it’s a sustainable lifestyle – one that won’t only help you lose weight and feel great, but will help you maintain it. There’s no counting calories! You’ll learn how to listen to your body and how to nourish/heal yourself with real food. We may be a little biased, but The Seasonal Diet blows everything else out of the water, it’s the only thing you need.

4. Is this vegan friendly?

Yes. All of the recipes are vegan.

5. What if I am not vegan?

No problem. Add whatever animal products you would like. However those who see the best results follow The Seasonal Diet, exactly how it is laid out.

6. I’m allergic to a lot of foods… Will this still work for me?

Yes. There is a lot of room for substitutions. The Seasonal Diet doesn’t include dairy, eggs, wheat, gluten or any animal products. It does contain soy and nuts, but not a lot, and those can also be swapped out.

7. What if produce doesn’t grow in my area?

The Seasonal Diet is all about eating what is currently available in your area. Many of our recipes note possible alterations depending on what’s available. We’ll teach you the concept of this way of eating, and we believe you won’t have any issues adapting it to your situation. And remember, you’re a member for life and can ask us whatever questions you have!

8. I’m looking for a lot of support, would this be a good option for me?

Yes. Not only will you get supportive emails and help along the way from Sarah and Peter but you’ll also find support from other members in the community.

9. I’m not a social person… Can I do this on my own?

If you would rather do The Seasonal Diet alone, no problem! We want what’s best for you :)

10. Do I have to participate in the Seasonal Challenges?

No. However they are a great way to stay motivated and win really exciting prizes.

11. Can I share the plan with my friends?

No. We are a small business and work really hard on our products. If you think your friends will like the Seasonal Diet, pass our information on and hopefully they join the community as well! And plus, you can’t win any prizes or ask questions if you’re not a member ;)

12. Can I print the plan?

Of Course!

13. How do I get it?

14. How do I get the new recipes each season?

We’ll email the new recipes to you with every new season.

15. Do Sarah and Peter follow The Seasonal Diet?

Yes!

16. Will I have to buy fancy ingredients?

No. Some recipes might call for new-to-you ingredients but they’re all available at your local health food store and very affordable.

17. What if I don’t have fancy equipment?

No Problem. Sarah and Peter got started with a cheap blender and food processor and completed the plan just fine.
